As 10 p.m. approached at the Election Night Watch Party at Big Trouble, a Denver bar, Tricia Olson, leader of the grassroots organization that spearheaded a proposition to Colorado voters to increase the distance between oil and gas extraction operations and Colorado buildings, told supporters the measure was also in big trouble. But she wasn’t deterred.
